(September 30, 2022) While the public has benefitted from vaccines, herd immunity and experiences gleaned from navigating a pandemic the past two-and-a-half years, COVID-19 still is having a significant impact on the U.S. population.

These were among the key messages delivered to leaders of some of the country’s largest companies during a recent call with former Food and Drug Administration Commissioner Scott Gottlieb.

(September 26,2022) Freeport-McMoRan today announced the publication of its updated Climate Report, which outlines the company’s ongoing initiatives to reduce its greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions, improve energy efficiency, evaluate and integrate the use of lower carbon and renewable energy sources and enhance its resilience to future climate-related risks.

(September 21, 2022) Freeport-McMoRan Inc. announced today that its Board of Directors declared cash dividends of $0.15 per share on FCX’s common stock payable on November 1, 2022, to shareholders of record as of October 14, 2022. These dividends are being paid consistent with FCX’s performance-based payout framework, which includes a base dividend of $0.075 per share and variable dividend of $0.075 per share, announced in November 2021.

(September 19, 2022) It’s not hard for Ken James to imagine what it was like running a cattle ranch a century ago in the steep, rocky canyons near Bagdad in central Arizona. It was not much different from what he does every day as foreman of Freeport-McMoRan’s Yolo Ranch in Yavapai County.

Most of the ranch is inaccessible to motor vehicles, which are largely confined to the winding dirt road that cuts through the mountains between Bagdad and Prescott.
