Today marks the start of the company’s annual wildlife photo contest, and this year employees get to choose the winner!
Grab your camera and capture the best shots of native wildlife on or adjacent to company property. Submit your entries by May 30. The company’s Biodiversity Team will select the top 12 finalists, then employees will vote to decide the winner.
The top 12 finalists, including the winning photo, will be displayed at the Hub in Phoenix and shared through various company communication channels, including a computer lock screen and social media.

Dates: Today – Friday, May 30
How to Enter: Upload your photo(s) to the contest website
What to Enter:
Wildlife photos on or adjacent to company property (must be taken within a reasonably close distance from a site)
Subjects can include everything from mammals and reptiles to insects and plants
No photos of pets, domesticated animals, safari trips, zoo animals or random wildlife seen on vacation
Photos must be taken within the past year (no re-entries from previous contests)
Note: By submitting your photo to the Wildlife Photo Contest, you are authorizing the company royalty-free use of your photo in various internal and external communications materials.
Digital Requirements: JPEG or TIFF file and 300 dpi or greater. Use the highest resolution your camera allows.
Finalist/Winner Selection: Members of the company's Biodiversity Task Force will select the top 12 finalists based on the following criteria. Once the finalists are selected, employees will vote to choose the wining photo.
Location – the photo captures wildlife in action in its natural setting on or adjacent to company property, with priority given to sites with wildlife programs tied to environmental efforts
Quality – overall composition, image resolution and clarity
Relevance – connection to sustainability and wildlife enhancement efforts at the site
Subject matter – Uniqueness of the subject to the site
