As a part of its ongoing commitment to Proudly Creating Better Futures, the company will launch a new Lifestyle Spending Program on January 1.
The program empowers employees to choose how to spend company-provided funds to support their physical, mental and financial well-being. Whether it’s fitness, caregiving, financial counseling or pet care, this flexibility creates a personalized benefits experience tailored to everyone’s unique needs and preferences.
“As our workforce evolves, so do our employees’ needs and expectations. We recognize the importance of flexibility and choice in supporting overall well-being. That’s why we’re excited to introduce this new program, highlighting our commitment to Proudly Creating Better Futures,” said Pam Masson, Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer.
Administered by Forma, the Lifestyle Spending Program replaces the current Health and Fitness Policy and reimbursement program, offering up to $500 per calendar year for wellness and lifestyle-related expenses, going beyond traditional health benefits.
To further simplify and enhance the overall experience, it also integrates existing programs such as Tuition Reimbursement and Adoption Assistance. This creates a more seamless process, making it easier for employees to understand and take advantage of their benefits, all through the Forma platform.
“By offering a more streamlined, modern and personalized benefits experience, we aim to better support our employees and encourage everyone to take advantage of this new opportunity,” Masson said.
How to get started
Information about the new program, including detailed instructions and expanded reimbursement options, will be sent to employees at the start of the year by Forma. Employees should read it carefully to learn how the program supports well-being in new ways.
