A new time management system now being rolled out in North America, called WorkForce Hub, makes it easier for employees and supervisors to plan, manage and track time.
The new system allows employees to access timesheets, request time-off and view accrued time off balances from any device, including mobile devices. Additionally, supervisors can manage time approval and requests remotely.
WorkForce Hub is being rolled out in three phases based on an employees’ pay cycle. All employees in North America will be transitioned to the new system by July 1.
To support employees, all supervisors have received training on WorkForce Hub through SuccessFactors Learning, the company’s learning management system. More information, including step-by-step instructions on how to navigate to the system, can be found in this job aid.
Look for the following additional improvements coming July 1 to the payroll and benefits systems:
- Payroll – For improved efficiency, the current payroll system will be transitioned to the cloud-based SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP). This new payroll system expands online capabilities for withholding elections to more states, while also maintaining existing online access to electronic paystubs, direct deposit management and W2 statements. In the coming weeks, paystubs also will be enhanced to increase transparency about all earnings and employer-paid benefits (sample).
- Benefits – Benefitfocus will be the new online platform for all health and welfare benefit programs. Benefitfocus streamlines and personalizes the benefits experience, covering everything from annual enrollment to life event management, and provides timely access to essential information and resources.
