The company’s Principles of Business Conduct and annual training, which launched this week, have a new look that modernizes the materials, making content fresh for employees.
The PBC guides the company’s efforts and clearly defines the standards to which everyone is held accountable. It covers various topics – from workplace safety to conflicts of interests to protecting company assets – and features scenarios to illustrate values in action.
The interactive training is designed to help everyone know the company’s values and how it does business. It also is a reminder about the importance of speaking up and how to address questions or concerns.
Employees must complete their assigned training by August 31, 2024. Training is offered online and can be accessed using any internet-connected device. Full details can be found in the email sent to employees from FCX Compliance on March 26.
For employees without online access at work, onsite classroom training will be provided.
The refreshed PBC will be available online only until June, when print copies also will become available.
