Take a few minutes to double check your 2024 benefit choices by reviewing your confirmation statement. Go to Employee Self Service, select My Files in the top navigation menu, then Benefits Confirmation.
In addition to your enrollment elections, make sure your statement accurately reflects the following:
- Dependents – If adding a dependent to the company’s benefit plans, you are required to submit documentation supporting eligibility to the HR Service Center by December 31, 2023.
- 2024 Flexible Spending Account Limit Increase – The 2024 maximum contribution allowed by the IRS increased to $3,200 for Health-Care and Limited Purpose FSAs, and the new maximum rollover amount increased to $640. To increase your FSA based on this change, please make the update on your confirmation statement.
- 2024 Spending Accounts – Remember, you must re-enroll and elect a new annual contribution amount to participate in any spending account for 2024.
- Beneficiaries – Your employee life and AD&D beneficiary information only appears on your statement if you added or changed your information online through the enrollment website.
Your benefits will be in effect from January 1 to December 31, 2024, unless you have an eligible change in status.
