Annual Enrollment Ends Friday

Annual Benefits Enrollment ends this Friday – take a few minutes now to carefully review and make any necessary changes to your benefit elections on the enrollment website.  

This year, the company introduced several enhancements to its medical, dental, vision, legal and short-term disability benefits. For a comprehensive overview of these enhancements and more details about your 2024 benefit choices, please refer to the Annual Enrollment Guide

So that you and your family have the best coverage, take advantage of these valuable resources: 

  • Learn more at a Mine Your Benefits information session – Talk to company benefits experts about 2024 coverage and enhancements in a 30-minute Mine Your Benefits webinar. Register for the November 1 virtual information session, or view the presentation on Employee Self Service if unable to attend.
  • Visit Total Rewards to view your current 2023 elections and costs – Take time to evaluate your existing benefits and understand what you pay vs. what the company pays by visiting the Benefits tab on the Total Rewards portal. 
  • Use ALEX for help selecting coverage – Visit ALEX, our online interactive decision tool for help understanding and selecting your benefits and spending account options. ALEX asks you a few questions, crunches a few numbers and explains your benefit options to help you decide what’s best for you and your family.  

Remember – if you do not actively make benefit elections during the enrollment period, your 2023 coverage automatically will roll over for 2024. Additionally, re-enrollment is necessary if you intend to choose pre-tax payroll deductions for the Flexible Spending Accounts and Health Savings Account.
