May is Mental Health Awareness Month, and Spring Health, your EAP reimagined, has resources to help you get the support to feel good and be well any time of year.

Throughout May, Spring Health is holding various online events on how the practice of mindfulness can help you recognize, reduce, and manage stress and anxiety – all of which can affect your mental health.
