SuccessFactors Learning offers a modern and streamlined experience for employees to access easy-to-use training and professional development resources. Employees can select courses essential to the job, classes to expand skills, and access personal training plans and histories – all in one place and on their own schedule.

Designed to support diverse workforce needs, the new system offers everything from MSHA compliance and technical on-the-job training to professional development classes, including a library of self-led coursework provided through Udemy – a leading learning content provider.
SuccessFactors Learning also simplifies how managers track the mandatory training assigned to their crew members – helping to ensure all employees get the skills and development they need to be successful in their roles and, most importantly, work safely.
To access SuccessFactors Learning from FM Web home, click the App Launcher (waffle icon), then select SuccessFactors in My Services. Once there, click the arrow next to Home at top and select Learning. Visit the Resources and Guidance page for step-by-step instructions, including video tutorials.
