A new video series breaks down details of the company’s Leach to the Last Drop effort to help educate employees across the company about this important project.
The series of videos will explain Leach to the Last Drop’s objective to each year harvest up to 200 million pounds of the estimated 38 billion pounds of remnant copper Freeport’s leach pads collectively contain.
The first video presents the aspirations of Leach to the Last Drop – what it means for the company and the industry. The next video will delve into the roles and objectives of the Leach to the Last Drop team, while successive videos will elaborate on the components of the Leach to the Last Drop model – heat, covers, sensors and reagents.
