(November 28, 2022) Take a few minutes to double check your 2023 benefit choices by reviewing your confirmation statement – go to Employee Self Service, then select My Files in the top navigation menu, then Benefits Confirmation.
In addition to your enrollment elections, make sure your statement accurately reflects the following:
- 2023 FSAs and HSA – Did you re-enroll? You must enroll and elect a new annual contribution amount to participate in 2023.
- Dependents – If adding a dependent to the company’s benefit plans, you are required to submit documentation supporting eligibility to the HR Service Center by December 31, 2022.
- Beneficiaries – Your employee life and AD&D beneficiary information only will show on your statement if you added or changed your information online through the enrollment website.
Your benefits will be in effect from January 1 to December 31, 2023, unless you have an eligible change in status.
