2023 Annual Benefits Enrollment Starts Today

By svc-ewscms, 16 May, 2025

(October 17, 2022) Take a few minutes to review and enroll in your 2023 benefits during Annual Enrollment now through November 4. Full details can be found in the Annual Benefits Enrollment Guide and on the enrollment website.

For 2023, the company is offering the same benefits as last year – without a cost increase to employees. This means there are no changes to employee premiums, deductibles, coinsurance, copays or out-of-pocket maximums for next year.

Absorbing these increases is one way the company is assisting employees given current economic conditions. It also helps the company remain attractive as an employer of choice.

Each year, the company spends approximately $150 million on health and welfare benefits for North America employees and their enrolled dependents. On average, the company spends about $15,000 per year for a family enrolled in the company’s benefits plans.

“Employee benefits is one of the foundational elements of our Total Rewards package and is an important way we attract, motivate and retain our great talent. It also provides access to tools and resources to support the well-being of our Freeport family,” said Pam Masson, Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer in the Annual Enrollments Benefits Guide letter to employees.
