(March 16, 2022) The company’s annual Principles of Business Conduct training for all full-time employees launched this month.
The PBC is designed to help ensure each of us knows the company’s values and understands how we do business. It also is an opportunity to reflect on the way we conduct our work together and treat others, as well as a reminder for how to address and / or report harmful workplace behaviors to help ensure a respectful workplace experience for all employees.
All employees must complete PBC training and any additional required training based on job / position by August 31, 2022. Training is offered online through the FCX Training Center and can be accessed using any internet-connected device (i.e., computer, smart device). Full details can be found in the email sent to employees from FCX Compliance (compliance@fmi.com) the week of March 7.
For employees without online access at work, on-site classroom training sessions will be provided following all established health and safety protocols.
