(December 9, 2021) The company is encouraging its employees in North America to switch to a digital W-2, with those who opt in by January 14 entered in a prize drawing for an iPad Air 64GB.
By going digital, you help the company reduce paper waste, and printing and mailing costs. You also will be able to access your W-2 more quickly and securely.
When posted ahead of next year’s tax season, your 2021 W-2 will easily be accessible through the secure Employee Self-Service portal. This W-2, along with all future W-2 forms, will be stored in ESS for you to reference at any time.
