Take a few minutes to double check your choices for next year's benefits by reviewing your confirmation statement by going to Employee Self Service, selecting My Files in the top navigation menu, then Benefits Confirmation.
In addition to your enrollment elections, make sure your statement accurately reflects the following:
- 2022 FSAs – Did you re-enroll? You must enroll and elect a new annual contribution amount to participate in 2022.
- New FSA limits – The 2022 maximum contribution allowed by the IRS increased to $2,850 for Health-Care and Limited Purpose FSAs. To increase your FSA based on this change, please make the update on your confirmation statement. In addition, the 2022 maximum rollover amount for Health-Care and Limited Purpose FSAs increased to $570.
- Dependents – If adding a dependent to the company’s benefit plans, you are required to submit documentation supporting eligibility to the HR Service Center by December 31, 2021.
- Beneficiaries – Your employee life and AD&D beneficiary information only will show on your statement if you added or changed your information online through the enrollment website.
Your benefits will be in effect from January 1 to December 31, 2022, unless you have an eligible change in status.
