Annual Enrollment: Choose Your Benefits Today through November 5

By svc-ewscms, 16 May, 2025

Annual Enrollment starts today – take time now to review your benefit options and select the coverage that best meets the needs of you and your family.

FM Benefits for 2022 includes a comprehensive package similar to 2021 with enhancements to the medical plan and slight cost increases in some areas. All Annual Enrollment materials are online only, providing easy ways to access benefits information during the Annual Enrollment period.

Learn about your benefits

  • Review information in the online Annual Enrollment Guide on home.fmi.com, accessible on any computer or smart device. You also will find details about your benefits on the Annual Enrollment website.
  • New this year! Talk to company benefits experts in a Mine Your Benefits session during Annual Enrollment, and learn about your medical and dental plan options, your vision plan and more. Sign up here for virtual sessions, and follow the directions as prompted. These sessions are available to employees and dependents.
  • Visit ALEX – a fun and easy-to-use online program – at myalex.com/fmi/2022 for help comparing different cost scenarios by answering a few basic questions.
  • Review What’s New for 2022 to see changes at a glance.

Select your benefits

  • Enroll in all of your benefits – including any spending accounts – for 2022 on the Annual Enrollment website. New elections will be effective January 1, 2022.
  • Remember, you need to sign up or re-enroll for flexible spending accounts and / or your health saving account each year.
  • Review your current 2021 elections and costs by going to the Benefits tab on Total Rewards. The company continues to pay the greatest portion of benefits costs. To learn more about what you pay vs. what the company pays, check out the Total Rewards portal for your personalized cost breakdown.

Get your COVID-19 Vaccination

  • Vaccinations can help to protect you by reducing the risk of serious illness and protect others against the spread of COVID-19. Employees are strongly encouraged to learn the facts and get vaccinated if appropriate. Go to uhc.com/covid-19 to learn more.
