After a successful pilot, we are expanding the availability of Microsoft 365 Copilot! You can now request a Microsoft 365 Copilot license through ServiceNow.
Note: If you already have access to Microsoft 365 Copilot, you do not need to submit a ServiceNow request. However, please see our earlier post on the certification you'll need to complete to keep your license.
What is Microsoft 365 Copilot?
- As announced last year, all Freeport employees have access to Copilot for the Web. This generative AI tool can interact with web-based content, but not internal Freeport content.
- Microsoft 365 Copilot can interact with internal Freeport files and data stored in the Microsoft 365 environment. It's also integrated with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and other apps.
Microsoft 365 Copilot requires approval through ServiceNow.
- You must submit a business justification with your ServiceNow request.
- You must meet minimum usage requirements to keep your license active.
