Through the Company Portal app, you can easily access and download approved software and apps on your company computer, phone or tablet.
To find this app, search for “Company Portal” on your device.
Access software and apps
Company Portal contains all software and apps available for general use, along with titles that you specifically have access to through an approved ServiceNow request.
When accessing Company Portal on your iOS or Android device, you will see a different list of compatible mobile apps.
Select an app from the list to view further details. Select Install to download and install the app on your device.
Please note that software and apps take up storage on your device. Only install apps that you need and plan to actively use.
Manage your devices
In Company Portal, select Devices to view and manage all the company devices that are assigned to you. Select a specific device name to view additional details.
From this view, you can select Check access to refresh the device status. This device status will indicate whether your device has a compliance issue that may be impacting its access to Freeport apps and data. On Android phones and tablets, this view can be used to view these active compliance issues and guidance on how to address them.
