3rd Party House Inspections
Advantage Inspection Service, a 3rd party contractor, will be performing house inspections for Freeport McMoRan Bagdad. This is to identify any concerns regarding the condition of the home/property.
- They will be doing 20 houses per month starting July 8, 2024. The first streets will be Allen and part of Apache and going alphabetically moving forward.
- Inspections will take approximately 30-45 minutes to conduct.
- Inspections will consist of a walk-through of the house, yard and garage.
- These are mandatory inspections. Refusal could lead to termination of lease.
- Certified letters will be sent out to tenants of the participating streets at least 5 days before the inspection.
- If Townsite has your current cell phone number on file, tenants will also receive a text 48 hours before the inspection.

Arizona Revised Statutes Section 33-1343 which permits the Landlord access to the premises.
(ACCESS FOR INSPECTION & REPAIRS: In addition, Landlord or its authorized agent and representative may, at reasonable and proper times, and with no less than a forty-eight (48) hour notice, except in the case of emergency or if it is impractical to give forty-eight (48) hours prior notice, enter the Premises to inspect, make necessary repairs, alterations, provide preventative maintenance, make improvements or otherwise allowed under the Act, defined in Section 33, supply necessary or agreed to services, or to exhibit the Premises to workmen, or contractors as permitted by the Act, inclusive.)
