Merit and Discretionary Site Premium Effective Date Clarification

We’ve received numerous inquiries regarding merit increases for non-exempt employees, so we want to share some information. Both the merit increase and the Discretionary Site Premium conversion are effective the first full pay period in March, which means that pay increases went into effect on March 12^th. Employees will see the increases reflected on paychecks dated March 31^st. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact a member of the HR team next week.
