How many times do we see our teammates doing something amazing? My guess is that it happens more often than we know about. That is why we are excited to see that the Positive Recognition form has been added to the Digital Workplace and is available to all employees at their fingertips. Easy universal access to this form will help us share the achievements across the site.
The Climax Team has achieved many wonderful successes in our history and that trend continues today. We have a strong history of Aiming High to improve our performance and Pursuing Value; sharing these success stories will encourage more improvements in the future. When people see that their efforts are noticed and celebrated, they are Empowered to Collaborate with their colleagues to Act upon these ideas for success.
