Nickel Carbonate Plant crane cab received restructured safety improvements. This allows crane operator to safely be in the crane cab eliminating fall from heights. This collaboration as one, has led to a safer working crane cab for operators in the area.

Fall from height(s) improvement at the locomotive diesel tank. This platform eliminated a fall risk when having to fill up the diesel tank. This is a great example of Collaborating as ONE.

Today we celebrated our Climax Pit Shop and Wagner Maintenance Crews for all their hard work and successes during our 3rd-4th Quarters in 2021. Focusing only on extended jobs completed during this 6 month period, they dedicated approximately 16,008 hours to get our equipment back to operating condition.

El Paso Operations’ environment technician Raul Nevarez routinely empties waste hoppers with a forklift and rotator in a safe manner. An FRM verification was performed today on this process and no issues were noted. Thanks for your safe work, Raul!
